  • Ingredients for tomato cashew paste:

    1. 3-4 medium sized chopped tomatoes.

    2. 10-12 cashew nuts (sliced).

    3. 1/2 inch of peeled and beated ginger.

    4. 2-3 garlic cloves.

    5. 1/2 cup of water.

    6. 1 cardamom (choti elaichi).

    7. 2 cloves (lavang),

    Ingredients for Cooking:

    1. 250 grams of paneer.

    2. 2-3 tablespoon of grated paneer.

    3. 2-3 medium sized chopped onions.

    4. 2-3 green chilli.

    5. 1 bay leaf or tej patta.

    6. 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder.

    7. 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder.

    8. 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.

    9. 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder.

    10. 2 teaspoon of fresh cream.

    11. 2 tablespoon of butter or ghee.

    12. 1 teaspoon of crushed kasuri methi (fenugreek leaf).

    13. Salt as per taste.

    14. 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
